How is Hypothermia Treated

A mild case of Hypothermia

Some years ago, my wife and I were picking blueberries. This was at a place where you pick your own. We enjoyed the outdoors and we liked the blueberries, not only, their taste, but also the antioxidants that was afforded!

This was a warm sunny day and my wife was busy in one of the best spots, where their were plenty of Blueberries. It was beginning to cloud up and, in what seemed a short period, it began to rain.

My Wife had situated herself inside this large colony of blueberries and because it was shady and coupled with the cold rain she was soaked and cold.

I had some awareness of hypothermia because of my experience backpacking. I quickly got her to the car and turned the heat on. The question may come up, How is Hypothermia treated? Since I have know medical experience and would not want to give inaccurate information, I will include here a link to a well known medical facility that can answer that question.
